The person behind the brand.

I'm Sarah. I make the content for the local businesses I work with, write the captions, and quietly cheer them on in the background. Seven years of corporate marketing, small-town radio, customer service counters and styling shoots all taught me the same thing in the end: people remember how a business made them feel, not how clever the post was.

The long version

A bit of corporate, a lot of small-business heart.

My first jobs were behind a microphone and behind a counter. Radio taught me to talk to one person even when thousands were listening. Customer service taught me to read a room in about three seconds. Styling taught me how much one small detail can change the feel of a whole photo.

Then I went corporate for a while. I noticed something uncomfortable: the bigger the brand, the further it drifted from the people it was supposedly for. I missed the small ones. The cafés you go to because you actually like the owner. The hairdresser who remembers your sister's name. The bakery with the playlist you can't stop thinking about.

So I started this. Somewhere between a marketing agency and a friend who happens to know how to do the marketing bit.

I'd rather your photo show a slightly messy counter than a perfect lie. Real is what people trust.

There's a person behind every shop who took a brave leap. Your customers should be able to feel that on their phone.
